- When the replacement vehicle is arranged there will be no credit card deposit taken for fuel or any other costs. The vehicle will also be insured;
- Manage the communication with all concerned parties, including insurance companies, third parties, witnesses, etc;
- Arrange for the recovery of your uninsured losses including your policy excess should you even need to pay this in the first instance;
- Assist with personal injury compensation if this applies to your circumstances.
